- Visit statistics and gear advisor questions: 24 months; then they are deleted automatically.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data. To operate we use these providers, which process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Hostinger: website hosting and email.
- Google (Drive, Docs and Sheets): orders sheet and rental agreements.
- Make: automation that generates the agreement and emails it.
- Groq: generates the gear advisor’s answers from your question. We have its zero data retention option turned on: it does not store or log the queries.
We will only disclose data to third parties when required by law (for example, to the tax authorities).
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use GDPR safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
